Remote Sensing from Space

We operate the reception of remote sensing data from the European Organisation for the Exploitation of Meteorological Satellites (EUMETSAT), of which Belgium is a member state.

Remote sensing plays a role in all our projects. The RSS works with geostationary Earth orbit (GEO) and low Earth orbit (LEO) spacecraft, with a focus on multispectral imaging and broadband radiometer instruments.
